Preferred Qualifications

Prefer Experience in the following:
• Bilingual – English/Spanish.
• Experience with cash handling.
• Experience working with diverse populations and communities, including interacting with individuals of diverse social, cultural, economic and educational backgrounds.

American Red Cross Community CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities

Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following. Other related duties may be assigned.
Courteously greet patrons of facilities.
Count working cash, swim tickets, and working cash made for the day.
Assist in emergency situations at your facility and other facilities if needed.
Provide information by answering questions and requests.
Take and relay messages to appropriate personnel.
Assist District Supervisor with phone calls and assist them with other assigned duties.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Communicate verbally in an effective and friendly manner with customers and staff.

Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.
Ability to make change for cash accurately.
Ability to handle a high-volume of customers.
Skill in providing customer service.
Ability to work outdoors in any and all types of weather and/or inclement conditions; and in confined spaces.
